Operator and eligibility
Aureon Cards is provided by Aureon Medical GmbH, Feldmark 12B, 46419 Isselburg, Germany. Support: info@aureoncards.com. The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. If applicable law requires an older age or parental authorisation to enter a purchase, those requirements also apply.
FREE and optional tools
The free app includes the supported catalogue, manual collection management, available Cardmarket price references, backup and CSV export, and ten individual camera scan results to try recognition. Cancelled scans do not use the allowance; retrying a wrong suggestion does not use another result. Batch scanning and additional tools require a supported paid package.
Camera access is offered for seven days; Plus and Max add batch scanning, themes and a cumulative CSV allowance of 50 or 100 card copies respectively. PRO provides the supported tools, unlimited CSV import, card analysis and market trend tools for 365 days. A CSV row with ten copies uses ten copies of a limited allowance. The exact package, local Google Play price, access period and available features are displayed before purchase. Access is prepaid and does not renew automatically.
Payments and restoration
Google Play handles checkout. Access starts after purchase verification. Restore purchases uses the same Google Play account and restores eligible access for the remaining period, not your collection. Refund requests are handled under applicable Google Play rules and mandatory consumer rights. Access codes supplied for review are not purchases and do not grant access to another user's data.
Your collection and accuracy
Your collection is stored on your device. Export a backup before uninstalling the app, clearing app data or changing devices. You are responsible for reviewing scan suggestions and imported records before confirming them. Recognition, catalogue coverage and price references can be incomplete or inaccurate. Values are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices or investment advice. Comparisons against sales averages do not represent historical portfolio returns. Languages, conditions and physical variants must be checked.
Independent service
Aureon Cards is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company or Cardmarket. Relevant card artwork, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Availability and prices in the Aureon Cards shop are separate from collection reference values.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to purchased services will be communicated as required by applicable law.
