Aureon Cards is the trading name used by Aureon Medical GmbH for its trading card and collectibles business at aureoncards.com. Aureon Medical GmbH is the legal seller, contracting party and website operator.

Dispatch from Germany

Orders are dispatched from Germany. We aim to dispatch paid, in-stock orders within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends or German public holidays are processed on the next business day. Any different dispatch time for a preorder or special item will be stated before purchase. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Destinations, services and charges

The destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges available for your address are shown at checkout before payment. We use postal and parcel services appropriate to the order, such as DHL/Deutsche Post or DPD. Availability depends on the destination, value, size and weight; a letterbox service is available only when the parcel fits its limits.

Tracking options

For orders with a goods value of €50 or less, tracked and untracked options may be offered at checkout where available. The service name identifies whether tracking is included. Untracked post has no online tracking.

Orders with a goods value above €50 are dispatched with tracking. This threshold refers to the total goods value after discounts, excluding shipping. Tracking does not mean that shipping is free; the applicable charge is displayed at checkout. We may upgrade an untracked order to a tracked service without an additional charge after purchase.

For tracked shipments, the tracking link is provided with the dispatch confirmation when available. Choosing untracked delivery does not remove a consumer’s statutory rights if goods are lost or damaged in transit.

Protective packaging

Cards are packed in bubble-wrap padded envelopes. Larger orders are packed in suitable protective shipping boxes, using letterbox-friendly boxes where the contents and size allow.

Each single card comes with an Ultra Pro soft sleeve. Individual cards priced at €20 or more also include an Ultra Pro toploader. This packaging threshold is separate from the €50 order-value threshold for tracked shipping. Sealed products and accessories are packed according to their size and contents.

Delivery estimates

The applicable delivery estimate is shown with the selected service where available. Carrier delays, weekends, public holidays and customs checks may affect delivery. If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact us so we can investigate. Mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Address details and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; we cannot always change a parcel after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected shipment may be charged only where permitted by law and supported by the actual circumstances.

If goods arrive damaged or an item is missing, please contact us and, where possible, keep the packaging and send photographs of the goods and shipping label. These assist our investigation; a photograph or immediate complaint is not a precondition for statutory consumer remedies.

Transit responsibility and international orders

For consumer purchases, we remain responsible for loss or damage until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. We do not transfer that responsibility to you merely because an order was posted without tracking.

Orders outside the EU may incur import taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. We ship only to destinations offered at checkout and comply with applicable trade restrictions.

Code cards and digital items

A physical code card is posted unless its product page expressly states electronic delivery. A listing for a code card does not include booster packs, playable physical cards or ETB contents unless expressly stated. Digital downloads or app access, if offered, use the delivery method and terms stated on their own listing.
